Last Updated: 28 Oct 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.

1. About Us

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate delivery and billing details
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract

We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or misuse.

3. Product Information & OEM Compatibility Disclaimer

All batteries sold on this website are third-party replacement products.

  • We do not manufacture or sell original OEM batteries, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by Philips, Zoll, Physio-Control, or any other medical device brand.
  • Any brand names, trademarks, or model references displayed on our website are used solely for the purpose of identifying device compatibility.
  • Our replacement batteries are independently designed to match OEM specifications in terms of voltage, capacity, connector type and fitment, but they should not be interpreted as genuine products from the original manufacturers.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a compatible alternative, not an original OEM-branded battery.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bank Transfer (for larger orders).

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Order Processing and Contract

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. This does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch in cases such as pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment issues. You will be notified and refunded promptly if applicable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Page. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, or events outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once payment is received in full.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unwanted items, provided they are unused and in resalable condition. If the product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

8. Warranty

Most products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, accidental damage, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear or battery degradation due to age
  • Third-party repairs or modifications

We reserve the right to test returned products before issuing replacements.

9. Medical Use Disclaimer (Enhanced)

While our batteries are suitable for use in medical equipment, they must not be considered life-critical primary power sources without proper redundancy.

  • Users must follow manufacturer guidelines and ensure regular maintenance and backup power solutions.
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss of data, or damage arising from battery failure during emergency use, unless caused by proven manufacturing defects.
  • It is the responsibility of the device operator or healthcare provider to perform safety checks before deployment.

10. B2B Procurement Terms (For Trade Customers)

For orders placed by hospitals, medical suppliers, maintenance engineers, or distributors, the following applies:

  • Purchase orders (POs) may be accepted upon approval
  • Bulk and repeat orders may be subject to customised pricing and logistics terms
  • B2B sales are considered final unless covered by warranty — change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed

If you require invoices or compliance documentation (MSDS, UN38.3, CE/UKCA, etc.), please contact us prior to purchase.

All our website content including images, text, logos, and product information is owned by or licensed to us. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use our site for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Resell products without written permission

13. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Governing Law
